This is what I have so far:
Mid-afternoon Snacks
1. Banana + peanut butter + sliced almonds
2. Trail mix
3. Banana chips
4. Hummus + pita bread or pita chips
5. Fruit salad
6. Treat (brownie, chocolate chip cookie, dark chocolate, etc.)
7. Wasa cracker + hummus + veggies
8. Almonds
9. Dried fruit
10. Dark chocolate
